We currently deliver across India through trusted and secure courier partners.
For international deliveries, please contact us directly to confirm availability and charges.

2. Order Processing Time

All ready-to-ship jewellery is usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order items may take 7–9 working days, depending on the design and craftsmanship required.

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Other Locations: 5–8 working days after dispatch

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive rush. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India above ₹1,000.
  • For orders below ₹1,000, a minimal shipping fee may apply.
  • International shipping charges will be communicated based on destination and order weight.

5. Packaging

Every product is packed securely using tamper-proof packaging to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.
Please do not accept a package that appears damaged or tampered with. In such cases, contact us immediately with photos.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and courier partner details so you can monitor the delivery status.

7. Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
In rare cases of non-delivery, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy.
